Here is the next installment! Enjoy!

“Oh I am so sorry!” the waiter stated. She continued to apologize and explained that it was only her second night working by herself. She was startled by seeing the Pittsburgh Penguins at the table and tripped over the rug. The manager then came over and said that the meal would be free to make up for the spill.
“Thank you! But my jersey! How is it ever going to come clean?”
            “Wash it…”
“Anna you know how she feels about that.” Lys stated.
“Why don’t I get you a new one and something to else to wear.” Max told her.
“Thanks because you know I really should start wearing and t-shirt under my jersey.” Max winked at her and adjusted himself a bit as he stood up and walked to his car. He came back with a black t-shirt and handed it to her. “Thank you.” She said and went to change in the bathroom. When she came out the shirt was a little snug but she didn’t mind it smelled like him. And he smelled delicious! She was in heaven. The friends ordered when Neen returned to the table. Neen got her cheeseburger, Anna got a milkshake, Lys and Sid were splitting a banana split, Max got a buffalo chicken salad and Kris ordered the breakfast scrambler. Conversation flowed throughout the entire meal. Everyone really got along and even some people were becoming closer to each other. “Thank you for taking us out tonight and for letting me borrow your shirt. I’ll give it back to you.”
“Keep it, it’s only one shirt.”
            “Are you sure?”
“Positive.” He smiled at her. “Can I get your number so that we can setup our dinner date?”
“Yes you may.”  They exchanged numbers and gave hugs before Neen got into Lys’ car. The guys piled into Max’s beamer. The girls waved as they drove off first.
“So spill! What happened between you and Sidney?” Anna asked.
“Well, we exchanged numbers, made out a little by my car and…”she realized she still had his jacket. “Crap! I have his jacket still.”
“It’s okay, I have Max’s shirt.” Anna just laughed. “What do you have of Kris’?”
“Nothing, just his number!” she smiled.
“Who would have thought that we would actually meet them?” Lys told her friends. They were on their way back home.
            “Never in a million years!”

“So what is up between you and the Alyssa girl?” Max asked on the way home.
“I like her. She is really cool! What do you think about Dineen?”
“Man, I felt bad because I made her faint but at the same time I am glad because I think she is cool and I’d like to get to know her.”
“At first I thought you were going to go after Anna the way you two were talking.” Commented Kris.
“She was hot but not really my type.”
“I thought Lys was cute but Sid snatched her up.” He chuckled. “But it is good, I like Anna.”
“Tonight was a good night guys.” Max concluded.
“Indeed! I can’t believe we were so fortunate to meet some amazing girls tonight.”
            “Neither can I!” agreed Kris.

A few days later Dineen found herself pacing back and forth from her kitchen to her bathroom checking to see if her make-up looked good. She was waiting for Mr. Talbot to pick her up. When she was in the bathroom, going pee, she heard the dogs start to bark.
“Figures!” she stated and quickly finished up before answering the knocking door. Her eyes fell on the most gorgeous man. “Hello! Please come in.” he walked in and handed her a jersey.
“For you.” He smiled at her. She blushed and thanked him. And of course everyone wanted to meet him before they left, so she introduced him to her mom, brother and grandparents. “Nice to meet all of you.” He smiled. They shortly said their goodbyes and made their way to his car. Dineen was watching his butt in those black dress pants he was wearing as they walked down the walkway. He opened the door for her and then proceeded to get in. “You’re family seems nice.”
“Yea, I love them!” she told him. She couldn’t believe that this was actually happening. Just then her phone went off. She read the text. “Sorry, that was from Lys.”
“Ah, her and Sidney are going out tomorrow.”
“Yep, Kris and Anna are going out tonight too though.”
“Yea! He followed me out to this area!” Max told her. Neen just laughed.

As instructed, Kris parked the car and waited until Anna came out. He was not allowed to come in. Anna explained that her parents were kind of weird when it came to her dating, so it was best not to mentioning anything yet.
“Hey!” she said when she stepped into his car.
“Hello, these are for you!” he handed her a bouquet of flowers.
“Aww thank you so much. They are pretty!” He just smiled at her. He really wanted to say that they matched a pretty girl but thought it was way too cheesy for a first date.
            “I hope you are hungry.”
“I am always hungry!” she replied.
“What kind of foods do you like to eat?” he asked.
“Oh anything Polish! I love perogies!”
“I don’t think I have tried one of those.”
“Really?! Well you need to try them! I will make some for you one of these days!” she told him. They kept driving until they reached the restaurant.
“I know you said you like Polish but what about Italian?” he asked when he parked near Bravo’s at the Waterfront.
“I love Italian and this place!” she exclaimed to him. He put the car in park and came around to open her door and escort her inside. Once inside, they were quickly seated because he had called ahead to make a reservation. Good thing he did. They lobby was full of people! “You have to try the Riesling they have here! So good!” They were seated next to the window. The couple ordered a bottle of wine and some appetizers before they saw some familiar faces walk past the window.

“Was that Anna and Kris?” Neen asked.
“Yea I think. Do you want to say hi?”
“It doesn’t matter to me.” So the couple went in to say hi to their friends. “Hey guys!”
“Hey! How are you?” Anna asked.
“Good, enjoying your time out?” Max wondered.
“Yes, and you?” replied Kris.  Max nodded.
“We were going to head over to Bar Louie.”
“Ah, well enjoy yourself.” Stated Anna.
“Thanks you! Bye!” Neen told them. Dineen and Max walked out of the restaurant and into the one right next door. “What are the odds of seeing them down here?” she asked.
“I think it’s funny that we did run into them.” Then Max changed the subject. “So have you lived in Pittsburgh your whole life?”
“Yep! I bleed black and gold too!” she smiled.
            “Just Pens?”
“No I love football too. You should have seen me during the Super Bowl! I could hardly watch the TV!”
“I know it was an intense game!”
“It was and there is always next year! Besides now I devote myself to cheering for Lord Stanley!”  Max just laughed.
“Yea, hopefully we can make that happen! What do you think about the new arena?”
“Well, I haven’t been to it yet.”
            “You haven’t?!”
            “Nope.”
“Well that needs to change. You and the girls should come to a game.”
“Sounds like a plan!” they smiled at each other and the waitress approached them.  They ordered and launched right back into conversation.
“You should come to Friday’s game and we can go out afterward if you like!” he told her excited.
“That would be awesome but how are we going to get tickets?”
“You can sit in my box if you like or if you girls want closer seats I can see what I can do…”he trailed off.
“Anna and Alyssa can come too?”
            “Yea fer sure.”
“That would be amazing!” she smiled at him. Their food arrived and they continued to talk through out the rest of dinner. After dessert they walked back out and he took her hand as he led her around the square. Neither wanted the date to end. Even though most of the stores were about to close they still kept walking around, talking. They eventually sat down in the middle of square by the fountain behind Starbucks. Then it happened. Max leaned in and kissed her on the lips. Dineen kissed back and they started to make out on the bench.
“Do you want to come back to my house?” Max asked. Dineen nodded. They quickly walked back to the car and drove the short distance to Max’s house.
